ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of the real said property said to contain seven (7) acres and one (1) acre, in the name of Lottie Pryor, et als and fifteen (15) acres, in the name of Lottie Prior and Frances Thomas all being located in Randolph Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia.
An affidavit has been made and filed that the defendant Shirley V. Hatcher, is not a resident of the State of Virginia and that her last known address is set forth on the Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the following individuals addresses cannot be ascertained after due diligence to determine the same, namely Willie B. Hatcher, Lottie Pryor, Lelia D. Skinner a/k/a Lelia Pryor, a/k/a Lenora Pryor, Mattie Walker, Frances Thomas Jones, a/k/a Frances Thomas, a/k/a Frances Hopson, and Dorothy Hatcher f/k/a Dorothy Randolph who are made parties respondents in the general description of “Parties Unknown” who have been made parties respondents in the general description of “Parties Unknown”.
It is hereby ORDERED that the above-named defendants do appear in the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia, within fifty (50) days from the date of the entry of this Order of Publication and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest.
The foregoing Notice is to be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Cumberland County, Virginia.
