The object of this suit is to quiet title to the real property said to contain 5 acres in James River Magisterial District, Buckingham County, Virginia in the name of Sycamore Island, LLC and D & E Associates, L. L. C. as tax map 35-1.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the following individuals’ addresses cannot be ascertained after due diligence to determine the same, namely Frank Harrison, Maria Braxton, Maria Fountain and Maude Brittle who have been made parties respondents in the general description of “Parties Unknown”.
It is hereby ORDERED that the above-named defendants do appear in the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, within sixty (60) days from the date of the entry of this Order of Publication and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest.
The foregoing Notice is to be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Buckingham County, Virginia.
