Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed in the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, requesting that the name of the minor child, Jeremiah Michael Tinnes, be changed to Jeremiah Michael Riggs. Any objection must be filed with the Circuit Court of Buckingham County on or before August 5, 2026.
