VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM
IN RE: THE ESTATE OF LEE FULLER
ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to determine the identity of the heirs at law of Lee Fuller and to obtain a judicial determination that Rose M. Irwin, a/k/a Rose M. Andrews, a/k/a Rose M. Fuller is deceased.
It appearing from an Affidavit that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain the whereabouts of Rose M. Irwin, without effect and that it is presumed by the Plaintiff that the said Rose M. Irwin, a/k/a Rose M. Andrews, a/k/a Rose M. Fuller is deceased.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Rose M. Irwin, a/k/à Rose M. Andrews, a/k/a Rose M. Fuller appear in the Clerk’s office of the Court within fifty (50) days after the entry of this Order and do what is necessary to protect her interests.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Buckingham County, Virginia, and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
