ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a judicial partition by sale of certain real property located in Buckingham County, Virginia, originally owned by Mattie Woodson Watkins, more particularly described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Buckingham County, Virginia, containing
33.33 acres, more or less, conveyed by deed recorded December 2, 1912, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 19, at page 95, and described therein as adjoining the lands of B.B> Harris and being the property “where Mattie Watkins and her husband now lives.”
THe property is more commonly known as 21378 North James Madison Highway, Buckingham County, Virginia and is identified as Tax Map No. 112-57.
The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, and/or Successors in Title of Mattie Woodson Watkins, Thomas Spencer Watkins, Joseph R> Watkins, Willie Watkins and Percy Watkins, together with other parties unknown, may claim an ownership, lien, or otherwise.
An affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been exercised without success to ascertain the identities or locations of certain persons to be served, and that there are or may be persons whose names or identities remain unknown who may claim an interest in the subject matter of this suit,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the foregoing unknown parties shall appear on or before 10/05/2026, after due publication of this Order, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests, if any, in this cause.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks, in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Buckingham County, Virginia.
