VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD
NEWREZ, LLC,
An entity organized under the laws of Delaware d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing,
MERSCORP, INC., a Delaware corporation formerly known as MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and JACKIE MILLER, TRUSTEE, Plaintiffs, v.
BETTY A. WHITE, and HEIRS OF CHRISTINE L. WHITE, and All Others Claiming Through Her and All Persons Claiming an Interest in the Property known as 9961 County Line Rd. Charlotte Court House, VA 23923 Defendants.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to reform a Deed of Trust encumbering a certain real property titled in the names of Betty A. White, a single person, and Christine L. White, now deceased, which property is commonly known as 9961 County Line Road, Charlotte Court House, Virginia 23823 (the “Property”). The Deed of Trust was executed by Betty A. White who certified therein that she was the owner of the Property. The suit seeks to encumber the interest of Christine L. White or her heirs as if executed by Christine L. White initially.
And, pursuant to an Affidavit for an Order of PUblication executed by Plaintiffs’ counsel, it is ORDERED that the Parties Unknown claiming an interest in the Property described herein above do appear on or before the 23rd day of July, 2026 @ 9:00 AM, in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And it is further ORDERED, pursuant to Virginia Code §8.01-317 that:
1) this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein the Court is held;
2) this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in THE FARMVILLE HERALD, a newspaper of general circulation in the Prince Edward County, Virginia area;
3) the Clerk shall cause copies of the Order to be so posted, mailed and transmitted to the designated newspaper within twenty-one (21) days after the entry of this Order of Publication;
4) the Clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of this case that the requirements of this section have been complied with; and,
5) the cost of such publication shall be paid by the Plaintiffs.
