NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
In execution of a deed of trust dated May 3, 2010 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 380, page 45 from Robert V. Farenga and Tammy L. Farenga, husband and wife, to Patricia M. Moore, Trustee, substitute Trustee having been appointed by the Noteholder and filed in the Buckingham County Circuit Court appointing Karen Seay Moore, Substitute Trustee, and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under the said deed of trust the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Buckingham County Circuit Courthouse, on Friday June 12, 2026 at 10 am.
All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in the Francisco District of Buckingham County, Virginia, located on State Route No. 609, Crumptown Road, containing 2.07 acres, more or less shown on a plat prepared by William W. Dickerson, Jr, dated June 17, 2009 of record in the in the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office of Buckingham County, Virginia in Deed Book 372, at page 693 and 694. Tax Map 200-32A

This conveyance is subject to all easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described.
The beneficiary reserves the right to bid at said sale.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A bidder’s deposit of ten percent (10%) will be required on the date of sale with settlement in full to be made within thirty (30) days from the date of said sale.
