TRUSTEE’S SALE OF

In execution of a Deed of Trust dated May 26, 2016, in the principal amount of $87,476.51, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, of record as Instrument Number 160000936, Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black PLC, Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction outside the main entrance of the Prince Edward County Circuit Court, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, VA 23901, on May 28, 2026 at 12:00 noon , the property described in said Deed of Trust, situate in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, and further described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Buffalo Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 5.00 acres, more or less, and more particularly described by metes and bounds on a plat made by W. W. Dickerson, Jr., C.L.S., dated March 7, 1984, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 226, Page 319.
Together with a perpetual right of way over, along and across that certain presently used outlet (present roadbed) as more particularly described and set forth in Right of Way Deed dated April 25, 1969, of record in Deed Book 169, Page 685, and as shown on plat of survey dated March 7, 1984, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 226, Page 319.
Pursuant to Section 8.9A-604 of the Virginia Code, a 2016 Schult Manufactured Home, Serial No. RIC248171NCAB will be sold with the real property.
TERMS: Cash - Bidder’s deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price by cashier’s or certified check may be required. Balance of purchase price shall be due and payable not later than ten (10) days after sale.
