COME NOW the Plaintiffs in the above styled action, the object of which seeke to establish an easement for the purposes of ingress and egress to their property, over the properties owned by the defendants.
IN CONSIDERATION OF Plaintiff’s affidavit in support of this Order of Publication having been made and filed in this matter that the residence, location, or whereabout of the heirs, successors, and/or assigns of H.E. Barrow, namely, Arthur H. Barrow, Elva R. Barrow, Walter W. Barrow, Paul S. Barrow, Lura C. Barrow, Mary F. Barrow, Ruth Barrow, and Grace Barrow, are unknown, and that pursuant to Va. Code §8.01-316.1(b) the Plaintiffs have made diligent, good faith efforts in attempt to ascertain the location of them without effect.
NOW THEREFORE it is ORDERED that the heirs, successors, and/or assigns of H.E. Barrow do appear before this Court on or before May 30, 2023 at 9:30 a.m., after due and proper publication of this order, and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this cause.
It is further ORDERED that the forgoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper published and having general circulation in Cumberland County, Virginia.
