NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF 2020 Scuffletown Rd., Rice, Virginia 23966 (Prince Edward County, Virginia) In execution of a Deed of Trust, from KEVIN MAURICE NASH, a/k/a Kevin Maurice Nash, Jr. and VALERIE J. NASH dated September 12, 2013, in the original principal amount of $84,045.64, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as Instrument Number 201301702, Seth E. Watson, L.S., dated June 17, 2013, entitled, “FAMILY DIVISION PLAT, BEING A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY OWNED BY DOROTHY P. THOMPSON”, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 201400726. TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive 50’ Access easement for ingress and egress to State Route 620 as shown on the aforesaid plat, and subject to the provisions of an easement agreement dated July 2, 2013, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 201301701.
